Cloned from Kryptonian and human DNA, Superboy has been looking for two things: a purpose, and information about his mysterious origins. Now it appears he may have found both.

A psionic named Dr. Psycho has an offer for Superboy - help him protect other psychics from being weaponized by the shadowy organization known as H.I.V.E., and Psycho will tell him everything there is to know about where he came from.
